Album - The Impossibility of Reason
Tuning -C
G
C

A
D
Effects - Wah, for intro to solo, may want to add some delay when you play solo
Use a lot of Distortion, I think it sounds better with the mids turned up so the
solo cuts through..
Solo's are back!!!!
P - Palm Mute
This is how I play it.

In this part of the intro, Palm mute the openC
power chord
tremolo pick the openG
string, then use pinch harmonic and
vibrato on the 5 to get the squeely sound. After the
Pinch harmonic 5^ I slide my fingers down from the 7th fret
before starting up on the PMC
, 4, 3 riff.

Repeat The previous Riffs, and end the riff just above by hitting an openC
chord
and let it ring until you start the solo ;>
SOLO (I think this is right!!! and haven't found it completely tabbed anywhere so
if have any other ideas let me know!)
Start with this, bending theC
string up a step to make the power chord and pressing your
wah down at the same time, letA
andD
strings ring.D
